At Holistic Health Advancements, we are committed to supporting the whole child through a comprehensive, trauma-informed approach. In conjunction with our 12-week Empowering Growth Curriculum, we provide group therapy, individual therapy, and holistic health services designed to meet adolescents' emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs in our group home.

ABOUT EMPOWERED GROWTH CURRICULUM

Adolescents with behavioral and emotional concerns often struggle with managing their emotions, building healthy relationships, and making positive decisions. Emotional intelligence (EI) and resilience are key skills that help them navigate these challenges by improving self-awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, and the ability to recover from setbacks. Developing these skills empowers youth to handle stress effectively, communicate assertively, and build self-confidence.

Recognizing the importance of these life skills, Holistic Health Advancements has designed a 12-week curriculum to support adolescents in their residential group home environment. This structured program provides therapeutic support, interactive activities, and skill-building exercises to help participants develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and positive coping strategies. We look forward to witnessing each child's transformation as they gain the tools needed to thrive in their personal growth and future success.
